Interesting… I looked up Dr. Seuss on wikipedia, and came across this:
“Geisel supported the Japanese American internment during World War II. His treatment of the Japanese and of Japanese Americans, whom he often failed to differentiate between, has struck many readers as a moral blind spot.”
On the other hand, he seems to be generally anti-war, which is good.
